How do Baby Plant Club subscriptions work?
We send out 3 surprise baby plants in the first week of each month, boxes go to everyone who made a payment in the preceding month. There’s no minimum term so give it a go today!
How much does delivery cost?
Nationwide delivery across the UK is included in the price.
Are my plants pet-safe?
Some plants can be hazardous to pets (and humans) if eaten. We always label these clearly on each Plantcare card. We don’t currently offer a separate pet-safe subscription package but it is something we’re considering so let us know at info@havenhouseplants.com if it’s something you’d be interested in.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely, simply create a second subscription and then cancel after the first month. You can change the delivery address by logging into My account.
When will my subscription arrive?
All subscription boxes go out in the first week of each month. You should receive your plants by the 10th of the month
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. Unsure about whether we deliver to you, please contact info@havenhouseplants.com.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into My account. Please note that cancelling your subscription will not halt any pre-paid orders and may terminate any ongoing discounts applied to your account.
I have an issue with my order, what can I do?
Plants are fragile cargo and occasional damages are inevitable. If you receive a damaged plant or your box has not arrived we ask that you report it to us by the 15th of the month. To make a claim, email info@havenhouseplants.com and include a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and the delivery label visible.
My delivery hasn’t arrived
We always endeavour to deliver on time, but sometimes things happen beyond our control and we will have to arrange redelivery or replacements for you. If your delivery hasn’t arrived by the 10th of the month, please let us know at info@havenhouseplants.com by the 15th.
My plant isn’t doing well
