Delivery & returns

Our plant subscriptions are all packaged and shipped free of charge. All subscriptions are shipped in the first working week of the month. You should expect your order by the 10th of the month.

Packaging

We package in secure, 100% recycled, environmentally-conscious materials.

UK wide delivery

We deliver across the UK including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the Channel Islands. Unsure about whether we deliver to you, please contact info@havenhouseplants.com.

Delivery addresses

You can update your delivery address through the My account section. We ask that you do this before the end of the month to be sure next month’s delivery goes to the correct address.

Damaged and missing boxes 

Plants are fragile cargo and occasional damages are inevitable. If you receive a damaged plant or your box has not arrived we ask that you report it to us by the 15th of the month. 

To make a claim, email info@havenhouseplants.com and include a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and the delivery label visible.
